You run around as a vampire that has twisty straws for fangs and try to suck the blood out of people.
Or
You are a vampire with just normal ordinary fangs and you are on a quest to get the almighty twisty fang upgrade

Twisty straw fangs would be cool, but, alas, I must use my regular fangs for hunting down people and sucking their blood. BTW, Maners is a Vampire because one of my minions sucked his blood. Darn that Hot-Lips! It was in my jurisdiction, too. Well, at least I can suck Frank Burns' blood! That's blood Houlihan will never get to drink! Or maybe I should suck Lt. Dish's blood. Yeah, I'll get Dish, and she'll get Burns. That settles it...
